RV Repairs, Service & Maintenance
Classic Campers can accommodate any coach repair. We can also perform chassis work and what chassis work we are unable to perform we will assist you with handling.
We offer maintenance plans, schedules and can send you reminder notices when it is time to have maintenance performed on your vehicle.
Body and Custom Paint
Certified RV Service has a built in paint capability offering customizable paint jobs from extreme finishes and designs to simple modest repaints, or repairs for all types of vehicles. Our in house one touch mixing station allows for customizable colors on the spot, reducing time and money for the consumer, and assuring a perfect match for any painted surface regardless of age and fading, or miss-matched mixing from previous repairs, or from variances in production painting. No matter what the need, Certified RV Service can meet your paint expectations.
Certified RV Service also prides itself in having the best in the business for body repairs; we offer economical, but professional repairs for all needs. From minor scratches, and dents, to major cracks and delimitations in sidewalls or collision damage to fiberglass, we can handle it all with guaranteed satisfaction, and no rework. Warranty Service Work
At Certified RV Service we can work directly with the manufacturer to have your warranty work paid directly. Although we have great working relations ships with most manufacturers, in some situations where the manufacturer will request customer pay for the repairs up front and then will offer reimbursement from the manufacturer: In these instances, we will assist you by obtaining prior authorization for repairs from the manufacturer ensuring timely payment and reducing the time you need to be involved. It is our goal to provide streamlined customer satisfaction, by giving the best service experience possible, and removing the responsibility from the customer to do the leg work is our goal in achieving a better service experience for all of our customers.
Insurance Work
Certified RV Service also prides itself in great working relationships with Insurance companies, reducing the workload of the customer by handling communications with the insurance agent, and its appraisers, and in some cases, providing streamlined insurance coverage so the check is sent and the repair is completed with no time at all required by the customer other than placing the original call to the agent, or to us.
Restoration
Classic Camper, the parent company of Certified RV Service also offers complete restoration/manufacture service. We can custom tailor a plan that fits your needs. We can either restore you existing trailer, search for a unit to be restored to meet your needs, or design one specifically for you.

Pre-Delivery Inspections
Certified RV Service can perform your PDI locally for a customer that wants to take delivery in the Elkhart Area. We offer the following services and can customize a package for each delivery.

- Includes instructions on how to use all appliances, and components
- Safety, review of all manuals, assistance with owner registration cards

Transportation
Our relationships with local transport companies allow us the opportunity to pick up units and deliver according to your needs. When you have a delivery that must be there by a certain date.. We can deliver "Guaranteed". In addition, our partnership with Target Transpo gives us the opportunity to offer on-site customer deliveries with knowledgeable training specific to your product. Quality Review / Quality Inspections
Our Premium Services include Quality inspections of all makes and models of RV’s prior to delivery to your dealership. This means if you are waiting for a unit that just came off line, we can inspect and give you a full report before it leaves Elkhart County. Some dealers have found this service invaluable in aiding in time critical situations as well as relieving service department backlog, all of which leads to improved customer satisfaction with your dealership.
